Change Address
If your residential address has changed, you are required to update it in the Client Portal. After submitting the new details, you must also provide an official Proof of Address (see below). This verification is mandatory to comply with financial regulations.
Important: For legal reasons, all address changes must be verified before they can take effect.
Login
- Open your browser and visit the Client Portal website
- Enter your username and your password
- Authenticate yourself via two-factor authentication
Select Profile
In the menu at the top right corner, select Welcome and then Settings.
Within the column Account Profile, select Profile.
When you clicked Profile there pops up a screen with your name, select the pencil button next to your Profile to start editing. Fill in the new profile details and your new address, click Continue to proceed with your request.
Upload a new Proof of Address
Once you have submitted your updated address, you are required to upload a new Proof of Address. This step is mandatory under financial legislation, and is necessary to verify your updated residence details.
Please also notify your local service desk. You will receive a request via the LYNX+ Client Zone to securely upload your Proof of Address.

Why do you need to send a new Proof of Address?
We are legally obligated under financial regulations to verify any change to your registered address. This helps prevent identity fraud, supports anti-money laundering policies, and ensures your investor profile remains accurate and compliant.
How is my personal data protected?
LYNX processes your personal data strictly in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Your Proof of Address will only be used to meet legal verification requirements and will not be shared with third parties outside this scope.

Which document do you accept as a Proof of Address?
Please note that the proof of address must state the date and be less than 6 months old. The following documents are accepted as Proof of Address:
- Bank statement
- Credit card statement
- Investment brokerage account statement
- Mortgage loan document
- Certificate of address from the bank in a document with the bank’s logo, signed and stamped by the clerk
- Confirmation from the local authorities of the address of residence on a document with the municipal logo, signed and stamped by an official
- Tax assessment
- Real estate tax assessment
Please note: leases or rent invoices are not accepted as proof of address. Handwritten documents or photographs from a computer screen are also not accepted.
