Enhance the security of your account by enabling two-factor authentication through LYNX Key in the LYNX Trading mobile app.
Restore Login Data
To recover your username or password, you have to open the Client Portal. Here you can choose Forgot Username or Forgot Password to restore them.
Change Password
For security reasons it is recommended to change your password every now and then. Below are the instructions to adjust this in your Client Portal.
Second User
By default, a trading account is configured to allow access for only one user profile, which is reserved for the account owner. Nonetheless, it is possible to create additional user profiles in Client Portal.
Connect Accounts
Connect accounts via LYNX to manage these with one user only. Additionally you can then transfer assets and funds between your accounts.
Power of Attorney
To set up a Power Of Attorney, you need to follow the instructions of your country-specific Service Center.
