Restore Login Data
To restore login data for your account via LYNX, open Client Portal and click Need help?. Here you can choose Forgot Username or Forgot Password to restore them.
Enter your user name & date of birth
Go to the Client Portal and click on Need Help? beneath the login screen. If you have forgotten the password, select Reset Password.
On the next page, you can enter the username and date of birth. If you don’t know the username, you need to recover it first.
Verify through 2FA
Please create a response token via Two-factor authentication and enter it in the provided field:
- Open the LYNX Trading App and select LYNX Key Authentication.
- If you are an Android user: Enter your previously set PIN.
- Input the Challenge Code from the login screen into the app. Then, click Generate Response. You will receive an eight-digit Response String on your smartphone.
- Enter the Response String into the provided field in your web browser.
If you do not have access to LYNX Key or have forgotten your PIN, please contact your local service desk.
Generate a single-use token
Choose your preferred delivery method for the single-use authorization token and click Continue. The token will be sent by SMS or e-mail within few minutes based on your selected method.
Please enter the token in the indicated field and click Continue.
Enter your new password
Choose a new password and confirm it in the field below.
Pay attention to the specific guidelines when creating password.
Verify your identity
Go to the Client Portal and click on Need Help? beneath the login screen. If you have forgotten the username, select Retrieve ID.
On the next page, please enter your e-mail address, date of birth and your ID number / social security number. This is the national registration number of the user whose username you wish to retrieve (without punctuation marks).
Choose your preferred delivery method for a security code and click Send Token. The security code will be sent by SMS or e-mail within few minutes based on your selected method.
Enter this code in the provided field and click Submit.
Retrieval of your username
Your account username will be displayed. This will allow you to log in again. If necessary, you can also go through the steps to recover your password.
If you had opted for mail, be sure to check your spam as well. If you have not received the SMS, it may help to restart your mobile phone.
If you still have not received a code after 10 minutes, please contact your local service team.
You can find this information on your Identity Card or Passport.
Please enter your full state registration number (without punctuation marks) that you provided when opening your account for this username.
Your user name was created when you opened your account and cannot be changed.
The e-mail address and phone number will be partly displayed. If you no longer have access to both, please contact your local service team.
