Change Phone Number
If you want to change your phone number, it is important to update it in the Personal Information section of your Client Portal. To make this change, follow the steps below.
Please be aware that changing your phone number will require you to use the LYNX Key as two-factor authentication method. Please follow these instructions after you have changed your mobile phone number.
Select Mobile Number
In the menu at the top right corner, select Welcome and then Settings.
In the Communication section, select Mobile Number.
On the next screen, you’ll see your mobile number. To edit it, click the pencil icon next to your mobile number.
Enter country and phone number
Select the country where your phone number is registered.
Fill in your new phone number, using the country code. Click on Continue and enter the confirmation number in the next screen that you will receive on your new phone number.
Click on Continue to confirm.
Confirm the new phone number
You will now see your newly enterred phone number that is confirmed. Click Continue on this screen to confirm the changed made so your phone number can be added in your profile.
Changing your phone number won’t compromise your account’s security. However, if your old mobile number was your two-factor authentication method, you will need to install a LYNX Key as your new two-factor authentication method.

In case you don’t have access anymore to your old phone number and this was your connected two-factor authentication method, please contact your local service desk.
After verifying your identity, we will be able to provide you with a temporary token so you can access your account.
You will be asked to install the LYNX Key for future two-factor authentication.
It’s possible that an SMS might not be received, which is why we recommend everyone to use LYNX Key.
