Current System Status
The system status page displays:
- The availability of trading systems and Client Portal (Account Management)
- A legend explaining the different system statuses
- Important notices and scheduled maintenance dates
- general information and resolved issues
There are four main computing centers operating around the globe; two in the U.S, one in Europe and one in Hong Kong. New customers are automatically assigned to one of these server facilities based upon their location and/or trading preferences.
